The RE-1 is a powerful virtual Tape Machine that offers a range of authentic tape-based echo and chorus effects, as well as additional features that make it more than just a standard effects unit. With its interactive tape player, sample and loop capabilities, and overdub functionality, the RE-1 can be used as a virtual tape recorder, sample player, looper, or master effect.

 <li>Sample/Loop library for loading wave files onto the virtual tape loop.</li>

 <li>Delay Time: 5ms - 1000ms (or 1/32th to 1/1).</li>
 <li>Wow & Flutter control for added vintage character.</li>
 <li>Tape Hiss and Saturation controls for further sonic manipulation.</li>
 <li>Stereo spread for widening the stereo image.</li>
 <li>Stereo panner for precise placement of the echo effect.</li>

Looper / Sample Player:

 <li>Uses the tape as a traditional looper with unlimited overdubs.</li>
 <li>Configurable Loop length with 1 - 8 bars, tempo sync, and tape reverse.</li>
 <li>Tape transport can be linked to the host's transport controls for seamless integration.</li>
 <li>Time stretching feature keeps loops in sync with the desired tempo.</li>
 <li>Ability to load samples/loops directly onto the tape.</li>
 <li>Samples can be created from the tape loop and stored in the sample library.</li>
 <li>Includes a variety of factory loops grouped by style for immediate use.</li>
 <li>Supports importing and exporting samples/loops from other apps.</li>
